China’s provocations propel decision to include Australia in upcoming Malabar exercise

India announced on Monday that the Australian Navy would join the November 2020 Malabar exercise — an annual, high-end joint exercise conducted predominantly at sea that has included only American, Indian and Japanese forces in recent years. This decision, which demonstrates growing multilateral concern regarding China’s increasingly aggressive behavior, offers an opportunity for the “Quad” of democratic nations to strengthen defense cooperation and deter additional aggression from Beijing.

China Can Hurt Australia for Malabar Exercise But QUAD is Bracing

Earlier this week, India formally invited Australia to join the large-scale naval exercises to be conducted in the Bay of Bengal (3-6 November) and the Arabian Sea (17-20 November), involving in addition to the navies of India and Australia naval assets of the US and Japan.

This is a very significant development—if not militarily, certainly symbolically—for the future of peace and security in the Indo-Pacific. This will be the first time that the navies of the four countries will be participating together in naval exercises.

Should You Clean Windows for Bond Clean? How to do it?

Often while planning to clean a rented property at the end of a tenancy, the question ‘should you clean windows for bond cleaning?’ arises. It is a practical question to ask and the simple answer is yes. Bond cleaning is deep sanitation of a rented property which is performed to return the property in the same condition it was in at the start of a tenancy. This type of cleaning is different than a regular one. Hence, you have to clean windows reasonably to avoid requests of re-cleaning from the landlord or deductions being made from the bond money.

Most people prefer to hire professional cleaners in Newtown, Sydney to manage the bond clean. Experts clean the entire property including the windows. If you are considering hiring professionals then make sure they are booked through a reputed end of lease cleaning company like this https://www.bondcleaning.sydney/end-of-lease-cleaning-newtown/.  However, if for any reason you are planning to perform a DIY end of lease clean then please have a look at these window cleaning tips.

Keep Cleaning Supplies On-Hand

The first step to get ready for cleaning your windows is to arrange the supplies. Here is a list of things you will need for sanitising your windows.

·         A window cleaner or an all-purpose cleaner whichever you prefer

·         Sponges and brushes of different sizes

·         Microfiber cloths and gloves

·         A rubber squeegee

·         Vacuum Cleaner with crevice tool

Vacuum First

Before you start cleaning the windows make sure to vacuum them thoroughly to remove any cobwebs, dust, debris, and other contaminants. Use the crevice tool to clean the window frames and tracks as well. This will help you get rid of pollutants from windows like professional cleaners in Newtown, Sydney.

Spot Clean the Panes

If the windows are not heavily dirty then you can make them sparkle just by spot clean. Inspect the glass panes for spots and stains to determine how stubborn they are. Use a wet microfiber cloth or glove to get rid of them. If the spots don’t go away, use the window cleaner or all-purpose cleaner to get rid of them using a brush or sponge.

Wash the Windows

In case the windows are heavily soiled you will need to wash them. The process is simple. Dip the sponge or brush in the cleaning solution (diluted with water preferably) and wash every part of the window. Rinse it with a cloth damp with warm water or with a hose (if possible). Remove moisture from glass with the squeegee. Let the windows air dry. It will ensure the windows remain clean and free of dampness which can cause mould.

Pro tip: Professional cleaners in Newtown, Sydney advice against cleaning windows when direct sunlight is falling on them to prevent streaks.

THE AUSTRALIA–INDIA STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: ACCELERATING SECURITY COOPERATION IN THE INDO–PACIFIC

After five decades of testy or distant strategic relations, India and Australia began in the early 2000s to forge an increasingly cooperative defence and security partnership. The primary drivers were similar concerns about China’s rise, behaviour, and assertiveness, as well as converging views about the regional strategic landscape.

The decreasing salience of their divergences — Cold War-era geopolitics, India’s nuclear status, strained people-to-people ties, and shallow economic and trade links — also helped create more favourable conditions. Starting slowly in 2000, and accelerating in 2006 and 2014, the Australia–India strategic relationship began to involve policy dialogues, military exercises, defence exchanges, and security arrangements of greater frequency and sophistication.

Australia-New Zealand travel bubble hits a snag

The fledgling travel bubble between Australia and New Zealand hit an early snag after 17 passengers who flew into Sydney on Friday caught a connecting flight to Melbourne in an apparent breach of the rules.

In an effort to boost tourism, Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s government is encouraging visitors from New Zealand, which has crushed community transmission of Covid-19, and says they can enter the country without having to undergo hotel quarantine for 14 days. But the quarantine-free travel corridor only covers New South Wales state, which is home to Sydney, and the Northern Territory.

The 17 passengers flew on to Melbourne within minutes of arriving in Sydney, and Victoria state Premier Daniel Andrews isn

How to Clean a Rental Property For a Final Inspection?

There is no denying the fact that preparing a rental property in Alexandria for a final inspection is one of the nerve-racking processes. From packing household belongings to thoroughly cleaning all rooms, you have to manage everything on your own. However, the residential tenancy law clearly states that a tenant has to return the property in an orderly condition at the end of the tenancy. If he fails to do so, the landlord has all the right to holdback a part of bond money.

To avoid rental disputes, it is good to spruce up every nook and corner of the premises using the right methods. Instead of doing it yourself, you should always consider hiring professional end of lease cleaners in Sydney. With their expertise, you can transform the dirty property into a sparkling space and also impress your fussy landlord.

However, if you are on tight budget and want to do it on your own, have a look at the end of lease cleaning tips below:

1. Start with the kitchen

Kitchen is one of the filthiest places in a home where thousands of  germs and bacteria lurk on different surfaces. According to end of tenancy cleaning experts in Sydney, it is always good to start from the top of the room. So, wipe off dust from exhaust fan, walls, cupboards, drawers, light fittings, windows and doors.

Remove oil splatters, tough stains, grime and other debris from your countertops, stovetop, rangehood, sink and faucets. Do not forget to deep clean your kitchen appliances, such as microwave, oven and fridge using white vinegar and warm water solution.

2. Target on Living Room and Bedrooms

Drive out cobwebs, accumulated dust, insect marks and grime from the areas like ceiling fans, walls, light fittings, switchboard, picture frames, windows and blinds. Use a microfiber cloth for better results.

Vacuum your carpets and rugs to get rid of embedded dust and dirt. Also, mop the floors to ensure a clean and shiny look.

3. Bathroom Needs Proper Cleaning

Do not forget to spruce up your bathroom using right products and tools. Make sure you remove soap residue, built-up grease and other stubborn stains from shower head, bathroom tiles, bathtub, shower glass, counters, toilet bowl, sink, faucets and floors. It is important to disinfect all the frequently touched spots to banish harmful germs.

If you want professional assistance, visit here https://www.bondcleaning.sydney/end-of-lease-cleaning-alexandria/ and hire the best end of lease cleaning service in Sydney. They offer high-quality service at the most reasonable rates.

4. Other Areas

Also, remove dust and debris from the patio area, laundry room, garage walls and outer areas of your rental property in Alexandria. You should always carry a checklist while performing the cleaning chore so that you can focus on all the important spots around the premises.

Conclusion

Thorough sprucing is required when it comes to preparing the rental property for a final inspection. A landlord inspects every inch of the premises so clean according to the checklist approved by REINSW. You can also hire trained people for a detailed end of lease cleaning in Sydney.

This is unlikely to be a budget for Australia's working mums

Two years ago, the government legislated tax cuts for delivery more than five years into the future. The tax cuts were legislated on the expectation of a surplus, not a $95 billion deficit. They were also intended to return bracket creep to the middle – which is best achieved by raising the rate brackets not cutting the rates. This year, there is no bracket creep.
