Police are investigating two suspicious house fires in Sydney's north west overnight.
The first fire happened about 10:00pm at Carlingford Road in Epping, where a unit at the rear of a house was well alight.
About two hours later, emergency services were called to a house fire at Blackett Drive in Castle Hill.
The unoccupied house was completely destroyed and inquiries into both fires are continuing.
